What does your process look like?

Every project starts with a discovery call — we want to understand your brand, your goals, and the story you're trying to tell. From there we develop a creative brief, plan the shoot, and handle everything from pre-production through final delivery. You're involved at every key decision point, but we take care of the heavy lifting.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend reaching out 3–6 weeks before your ideal shoot date, especially for larger productions. For smaller editorial or content shoots, 2 weeks is often workable. Rush projects are possible — reach out and we'll let you know what we can make happen.

Do you travel for shoots?

Yes. We're based in Brooklyn, NY and regularly work in New York City and the surrounding tri-state area. For destination projects, we travel — we've shot in LA, Miami, and internationally. Travel costs are scoped per project.

What's included in the rate?

Every quote is custom — we scope based on the size and complexity of the project. Rates typically include pre-production planning, shoot day(s), and post-production. Licensing, talent, location fees, and additional crew are scoped separately. We're transparent about costs upfront — no surprises.

Can you work within our existing brand guidelines?

Absolutely. If you have an established visual identity we'll honor it. Share your brand deck, style guides, and reference imagery in our brief and we'll build the creative around your system. We're equally happy to develop a visual direction from scratch if you're looking for something new.

How long does it take to receive deliverables?

Photo selects typically go out within 5–10 business days. Video edits depend on the scope but a standard turnaround is 2–3 weeks from shoot date. Timelines are confirmed at the start of every project so you always know what to expect and when.

Do you offer rush turnaround?

When the schedule allows, yes. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee depending on the scope and how compressed the timeline is. Reach out with your deadline and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
